We would like to thank Mr Vincent Chuah from Toa Payoh Branch who did a very good job for our 3 Room Flat @ Yishun Fern Grove. Our journey started before we had our keys to our house. We manage to fix an appointment with Vincent and from then on, everything went smoothly from the day we met at his office at Toa Payoh. He would want to know more about us and how we want to decorate our house before he comes out with his ideas where his professionalism comes in.

Quotation was fine with us after some negotiations and he immediately went on to work on the 3D drawings for us to view our New House. After a few changes to the 3D drawings with his patience with us, we managed to sit down to decide on the Materials we wanted, of course with his brilliant recommendation too.

On the day of our Key Collection, Vincent made a trip to visit us at our New House and started measuring and checking out for any HDB defects for us. Over the next few days, he had to meet up with us again as the wardrobe did not fit from our initial drawing as the actual Floor Measurement is slightly smaller. Vincent can produce ideas on the spot to share with us and we are very appreciative on his swift ideas, passion and especially his working attitude. Remember once when things did not go right, he is there to oversee his workers to correct it in his presence.

Finally, our house is handed over to us in the period of time specified without any delays. Vincent is very professional, approachable and is a very easy person to work with. I would recommend Vincent to my friends when the need arise…………. Keep up the good work Vincent!!!
