We did not know how to start or what to expect for our new home. We had a tight timeline of 2-3 months for the renovation, with the anticipated arrival of our baby. Thankfully, we met Lee Sing (TPY Branch) as our ID.

Lee Sing was patient and responsive to our many queries and concerns. As ours was a resale flat, there were much structural considerations to be taken care of. Lee Sing worked expediently with the different contractors to resolve all of these, sometimes unbeknownst to us, so that we did not have to worry about anything. Even when i got my own vendor to do my electrical works, she still proactively coordinated with him smoothly.

We met up mostly on weekday late nights due to our work schedule, but lee sing was always very organised, and with her bubbly persona, it made our meet ups a breeze.

During the course of renovation, she kept a tight watch on the progress and updating us every step of way with videos, photos and messages. This was really important to us as I was pregnant and couldn’t visit the site regularly.

She also provided suggestions and helped us confirm the measurements of our furnishings, even helping us to assemble some of the items personally.

I would definitely recommend lee sing to all new homeowners out there!
