My family and I would like to thank Vincent Chuah for his wonderful work for our new home over the last 2 plus months.

He has a fantastic work attitude and keen eye for details. He worked very closely with us over the last 2 plus months with numerous long meetings to discuss our preferences, tirelessly seeing to our requests. No detail was too small for him, from the height of the cabinets (whether it would be suitable for an Asian height lady like myself) to how to choose bathroom accessories.

He is very responsive to our queries, patiently explaining to us newbies to reno , things that are basic to experienced ID like him.



He was reassuring and went the extra mile more than once. When the previous owner left some furniture behind when we collected the keys, we were flustered as that would hinder the start of the reno but Vincent was able to swiftly take charge and helped to resolve the issue expediently.

Most importantly he was able to meet our tight timeline in the midst of manpower crunch and numerous restrictions imposed during this COVID period. Even when our MCST has restrictions on the working hours of the renovations, he was able to plan the work smoothly to ensure the handover was on time.
We appreciated that he shared with us his ideas and solutions but never imposed them on us.

After reno, Vincent was also able to help us with the rectifications swiftly esp when we were rushing to move in to the new place before CNY.

All in all, it was such a wonderful experience working with him. We were able to host our family during this CNY period thanks to the hard work he and his team had put in.

We would not hesitate to choose him again or recommend him to our family or friends
