We compared 7 quotes and narrowed down to 3; Design 4 Space is one of them.
John managed to quote us lower than the rest; in accordance to the designs that he suggested and we wanted; and keep the promised materials and workmanships. He has been very prompt and responsive in follow ups and in updating us on the progress of the renovation. The estimated renovation timelines were accurate too.
John is always willing to give and take; in terms of warranty periods and discounts negotiations. The tiling, carpentry works and quality are really commendable. He is also very willing, prompt and responsive in addressing after renovation issues; including some issues that were not inflicted by John and Team. For instance, our children drew on a bedroom wall; John arranged for his painters to repaint it without charges. Another example is downlight’s driver (AC-2-DC converter) issue; he get it replaced despite the warranty has ended. Again, without charging us. John has also been very willing in arranging and coordinating with our Suppliers; not appointed/related to him/Design 4 Space.
Last but not least, options were always tabled with pros and cons clearly defined to minimize ambiguities, allowing informed decisions to be made.
