I’m writing to compliment Alvin Lam & Benjamin Koh from Design 4 Space (tradehub) for displaying great professionalism and providing excellent service, even after sales throughout the Long renovation work of our house.

We started our collaboration in early July 2018. The renovation work commenced in October and was completed in end January 2019, just in time for us to spend our Chinese New Year at our new nest.

To be honest, we had our quirks and high expectations of their designs and work. We knew what we wanted and thus were pretty tough on them.

Despite our high expectations, both Alvin and Benjamin were patient throughout the entire process and accomodated to all our requests, without compromising on their expertise as well. Benjamin was especially meticulous and on task.

We were impressed by their efficiency and credibility. And they delivered what they said, by being on site daily. There were several occasions when we caught them in actions with the workers helping to touch up the work and ensuring all were in place. I don’t think many designers are as hands-on as they are.

Their after-sales service were excellent too. They were efficient to arrange for all rectification works and they even came on site just to check whether the work was rectified properly, even though they don’t really have to.

Overall we were very satisfied with their work and service.
