Beside a ID firm reputation and getting good skilled workers, I think what’s really important is the ID itself. Once a while you might still get an ill-mannered ID even from a reputable firm. So, I’m here to especially praise our ID, Samuel Tan (same name as myself). And thanks him for making our place a reality. Very nice person. I’m about a month in after taking over the house and staying into our house and whenever I have problems, he’s still responding very promptly in helping me resolve. Thanks man 🙂
