Was made to know about Design4space from wife’s friend. She also referred their ID, Shermin Lee from Tradehub branch to us.
As we heard many advise from friends so we did a small background check on the company and understood that the company is accredited under HDB and Casetrust which reassure us that the company is legit.
After a few meetups to agree on the design and quotes we decided to engage their service.
Shermin is a very responsible person and followed up our requests whenever possible. She also made sure the agreed timeline was met. Nonetheless, the workmanship was never compromised (we checked the progress quite closely) as well. She gave good advise whenever there are doubts which showed her professionalism in the industry.
The best thing about her service is the after sale services. I heard many cases where once the full payment was done, if there is any issue on the renovation, the company acted super slowly. This is definitely not the case for Shermin. There is small defect on our hinge, Shermin responded to my request within an hour and arranged appointment immediately and resolved the issue within 2weeks (appointment date given by me).
I have good faith in the company and believe that most of their staff will do an excellent job. Rest assure with their workmanship. And yes, their quotes are reasonable too if that also your concern (which was mine as well).
