I was so impressed that I decided to forfeit the $2000 deposit I had previously placed with another ID firm, and signed up with him.
Upon commencement of reno, his proactiveness in providing regular updates gave me the assurance that he had everything under control. I hardly went down onsite to check on the works, and he did not disappoint! He was also able to meet our timeline effectively, hence enabling a seamless moving transition for my wife and I.
Another outstanding attribute of Vincent is that he provides excellent aftermarket services! Even if I contacted him a year later after reno completion to do some touch-ups, he is willing to send his workers down to do it with no cost incurred!
