Thanks to our ID Jolene Lim from AZ@PayaLebar branch excellent service, we managed to move in while pending for some work to be fully completed within few days after our previous home handover. We were under tight timeline and it is extremely challenging given all the resource constraints during the COVID period restriction. Understand for most EM renovation, the process will take approx. 3mths or more but Jolene had been professional and great help in execution and expediting the constructions. We were thankful that the process was completed within 2.5 months. All our feedback / issues here or there are replied promptly and rectified fast. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and the outcome was satisfactory for us!
