“Happy renovation process”
Lance was introduced to me by a fellow friend/neighbour. First impression of him was a very friendly and professional ID who gave many ideas during our initial meetup on zoom (covid times). We ended up choosing him because the quotation was reasonable and we loved the ideas he gave. He was very helpful throughout – choosing of tiles/materials/furniture etc.
The renovation went relatively smooth and the process was really fast even though we all know things tend to be a little slower these days due to covid. Timely updates was given to us, so there was really nothing much to worry about during the entire process. There were some defects spotted during the renovation but Lance was always quick to address & rectify them fast.
I’ve never met someone as patient as him, and Lance is someone who is very approachable. He replies to your messages and questions at an amazing speed as well, even if I were to text him at really late hours. We have since concluded renovation and I’m more than satisfied with my new place.
Will 100% recommend Lance if you are looking for someone responsible, helpful and patient.
