After looking around for a few IDs I had decided to engage Daryl Ang for my 3 room HDB flat. It turned out to be an excellent decision.
First during the first meetup he was quite patient as this is the first time I’ve engaged a ID to do renovations. There was plenty I didn’t know and he explained to me carefully. It helped that the quote was a deal from the previous IDs that I met with.
During the renovation he was prompt and active in answering any queries that I have. After moving in I noticed some minor issue with kitchen tiles which I missed before and he did not hesitate to fix it up immediately.
Overall it’s a great experience working with Daryl and would recommend his service for anyone looking.
