We are really glad that we crossed path with our ID Shermin. As this is our 2nd home we know what we want and our priority is to get a trustworthy ID to execute for us. We shortlisted 3 firms and decided to go with Shermin as she is sincere and portrays confidence from her vast work experiences. Her commitment and time conscious nature is apparent when she sent us the quotation within a week and did a follow-up call to check in on our decision. I would said our project is quite a challenge as it’s for a family of 7 with the need to cater space for the really young, middle-aged and the old. Some proposed ideas from Shermin such as the round-cornered stairs landing and the huge glass panel to allow sufficient sunlight into the stairs are great and thoughtful. We have a tight schedule and were worried about the manpower shortage but Shermin assured us that she will do her best to complete the project by end December and she did! Throughout the renovation journey, Shermin always keep us updated and flagged out problems for discussion and seek our decisions. She is honest with her sharing and I really appreciates that there is no hidden costs in the detailed quotation. She allows us sufficient time to identify areas that require touch-up and is quick to arrange for subcontractors to do rectification.I really vouched for her responsiveness in replying to our queries and provides assistance. she is someone that you can trust to do coordination, problem solving and deliver on time!
