I would like to commend my ID Pearlyn Tan for her excellent work, passion and commitment in completing my renovation project. I had engaged Pearlyn by chance. My family and I had a bad experience with a reputable ID firm in the past and had our doubts if we could find a good one. We were randomly looking around and decided to drop by Design4Space at Paya Lebar to check it out. I recalled that Pearlyn was the only person in the office at that time. We had a discussion with her, sharing with her what our thoughts were and how we envisaged the renovation would be like. She had then impressed us with her good understanding of our requirements and was able to articulate a prelim design concept that could meet our requirements. She was clear in explaining to us how the process would be like and was never pushy to make us commit. While we felt very comfortable with her, we decided to still source around. However, we eventually decided to engage her because there was none others who made us feel as comfortable as Pearlyn.
During the process of design discussion, Pearlyn impressed me with how she could remember the details of our discussion, our layout and our requirements. I never had to remind her of what we wanted. She had it all in her fingertips. This is clearly testimony of how she always prioritises customers’ needs and her attention to details. Kudos to her. When the renovation kickstarted, I almost entirely left it to her because of the faith that I had in her. As we were still staying in the unit during the renovation, Pearlyn also took efforts to make sure there were least disruptions for us. In the process, I relied alot on her to coordinate with the various stakeholders including parties whom I have placed orders for my new water dispenser, power track etc. She knew what had to be done and helped me coordinated the delivery and installation. Pearlyn even went out of the way to help me do exchange of my wrongly delivered power track as I had to travel overseas. I am very appreciative of her assistance. I must add that I am also not an ‘easy’ client. I have my requests and and demands, and Pearlyn was very patient to see to them or where not possible, explained to me. She was dependable, capable, meticulous and efficient. I am extremely pleased with the professional and excellent service rendered by Pearlyn that I will certainly come back to her again if I have any renovation plans in future or to recommend her to my friends. I have never thought that i will write a compliment for an ID. She was such good that I knew i had to put this down in writing. Thank you for all the good work.
