We worked with Justin Ong for our EM. It is a major project where we want to renovate almost everything — floor, kitchen, bathrooms, cabinets, windows, etc. The only thing that remained from the previous owner was the wooden floor on the 2nd story. We talked to about 10 IDs and, in the end, decided to work with Justin. His quotation is on the relatively higher end, but in the end, it is worth it. He did a fantastic job coordinating such a complex job, and everything was done within 3 months. The quality of the work is fantastic, and he is very responsive to our questions and requests. As in any renovation project, there are always minor issues. However, Justin was always responsive and quick to fix these issues. We have been living in the apartment for two months, and we are very happy about the end result!
