I’d like to express my gratitude to Mark from Design 4 Space. I had wanted to replace my parents’ kitchen cabinets for several years as they are peeling and posing a danger to them. We had tried other companies and one even came to the house but then went MIA on us. I was glad to learn that Design 4 Space did partial kitchen renovations and I was matched to Mark the same day I submitted an enquiry. He got in touch within a few hours and was able to give me a quote with just pictures I sent him. This is unlike other companies which needed us to come to their showroom or come to the house before giving a quote. He readily agreed to come to our house and finalised the quote within the same day. All the works were conducted according to schedule during which Mark was very responsive from petty neighbour complaints to my parents’ new requests. He was very efficient and would activate his workers promptly. He is no-nonsense and will tell you honestly what can or cannot be done and will not “smoke” you. If there were any things which needed changes, all I had to do was to text Mark and it would be settled. It was truly a smooth process and I could see that Mark genuinely wanted to help us and do a good job. The workmanship and quality are excellent and I’m glad to finally fulfil my parents’ dream of a kitchen renovation.
