“Happy that Lee Sing was our ID”
After reading bad ID experiences online, we were wary about choosing a bad ID for our dream home. However, we were happy and glad that Lee Sing was our ID.
Lee Sing is a responsible and diligent ID. She ensured that every request was met, helping us to realize our dream home. (Even when our requests were bizarre/new to her, she didnt outright reject us or force us to take the typical solution but helped us to find agreeable alternative solutions.)
As a young couple, we were also worried about hidden costs. But Lee Sing was upfront about the costs for VO, allowing us to make informed decisions. Also, she doesnt hardsell anything that we didnt need.
She is very prompt with her updates, sending us videos of the works and the house frequently. She often went down to the house to check on the progress and even resolved some of the issues on the spot when the workers highlighted them to her.
It’s important that an ID has a great sense of style and Lee Sing’s style is superb! She gave great advice on the color scheme for the house, furniture, and accessories based on our preferences and theme. Everything goes well together and looks pleasing to the eye.
Her cheerful disposition made us feel really comfortable. Even when we had slight disagreements with the workers, we felt safe to be open with her to find a solution together. Personally, we think this is the most important quality to look for in an ID as most of time, there are bound to be differences between expectations and reality, esp. since we are not IDs / familiar with the industry.
Last but not the least, the workmanship is excellent, there werent many defects when the house was handed back to us and we are delighted with our renovation results. Most of the workers were very experienced and competent and some went the extra mile in their job to ensure the results are nice / even better than what we requested.
Overall, we have no regrets picking Lee Sing as our ID!

Definitely value for money. The follow-up on defects was prompt, and all issues were resolved efficiently.
