Moving house was never an easy task, what more during the COVID-19 pandemic with restrictions being tightened every now and then. It was thus a blessing that we made the right decision to entrust our renovation work to Daniel Xue from Design4Space at the Toa Payoh branch. Daniel was contactable most if not all the time, and his responses were mostly prompt. We were updated on the progress of our renovations constantly. His experience in this trade and strong connections to his contractors were extremely important especially during these times. Otherwise, we would most likely have to source for temporary housing option which means, additional costs and inconvenience to us, which would be very disruptive for my 2 boys. Last but not least, the costing for the renovations was transparent. There were no hidden costs and any changes made along the way were clearly explained and tied back to the initial contract. The payment schedule was also reasonable and there would be a sms confirmation from the company itself whenever a payment was made, with details on how much more were outstanding. Overall, a very positive experience working with Daniel.
