We were searching for an ID to redo an old condo apartment with a roof terrace and needed someone with the experience on what needs to be done for the outdoor area. Sylvia was the first to reach out to me. During the first meeting, we felt comfortable with Sylvia and Carina, who managed our project together. Through the conversation, it was clear that Sylvia was familiar with condo requirements and her experiences with landed property renovations assured us that she will be able to handle the roof terrace works and was committed to delivering the house in time for us to move in. Both Sylvia and Carina took in our ideas and requests and have a can do attitude. We had specific requests in customising our dining area which was fulfilled and Sylvia worked with her carpenter to come up with a way to incorporate my vanity into the wardrobe. They provided constructive recommendations during the planning so that our space was practical for our needs. Carina monitored the works and kept us updated during the renovation process. They were also prompt in arranging to fix any areas we had highlighted to rectify. We are pleased with how the design had turned out and had received many compliments from our family and friends. We had a great working relationship with Sylvia and Carina and highly recommend them to anyone looking to renovate their houses!
