During consultation, he was genuine and honest to offer suggestions that would work within our budget to achieve our dream home look. It seemed like we were discussing with a friend whom is trying to solve our problems for us.
During renovation, he was patient with us as we took some time to decide on certain measurements, and promptly arrange any required works after.
After renovation and moving in, he still promptly respond while arrange for any minor rectification works.
