I wish to compliment Edmund Lee for his professional attitude. Unlike some other IDs, he rendered his help to me even though I am not his direct customer. I bought a kitchen through Zen several years back. Unfortunately, Zen had resigned from Design 4 Space when I had a question to ask about my kitchen. Though I am very happy with the quality of my kitchen which looks like brand new even after 4 years of usage, one small part of it started to rust. The item is not available at IMM or any other shops selling furniture items. So I was rather ‘desperate’. On my first call to Design 4 Space, someone referred me to Edmund Lee. To my pleasant surprise, Edmund was very polite to me and took action promptly. Within one week, the same contractor who installed my kitchen came to my house and replaced the rusty item with a brand new item without cost. I did not pay a single cent. I believe Design for Space asked the contractor to honor their stainless steel warranty on customer’s behalf. If I were to do a renovation for my house in future, definitely I would consider Design 4 Space and certainly look for Edmund Lee. I take this opportunity to thank Edmund and wish him all the best in the years to come.
