Much thanks to our ID (Rachel Li) for pushing through the last bits of our BTO renovation so that it was ready for us to move in right before the circuit breaker kicked in. Although we had to make do without the dishwasher cabinet door initially, she took the initiative to install it for us immediately after getting the necessary permit after the circuit breaker (although I said no rush). Really appreciate Rachel’s responsiveness and efficiency throughout the whole reno journey, and have no regrets in engaging her ID services. She quickly understood the type of design that my wife and I wanted and provided suggestions that were well suited for us. Whenever we raised any concerns or queries she was quick to address them and help in any way she could. With her expertise, our home turned out exactly as we imagined and we love it!
