Michael was our interior designer for a BTO flat. From the first meeting, we knew he was the ID we wanted to work with based on the positive and unique design he proposed based on the floor plan. The renovation process was smooth from the floor plans, drawings, and material choice to even personal advice on designs to help us better understand the pros and cons that come from it. Michael was also very willing to accommodate our request to the best he could and helped to ensure that the final renovation was up to our expectations. Eventhough there were multiple issues with carpentry and installation, Michael has always remained responsive and helpful by contacting contractors to rectify the issues. He was also willing to accept criticisms and mistakes made while remaining open-minded for improvements. Overall, this renovation journey was met with hurdles but the end product still met expectations. Thank you Michael for the great job and the support given!
