“Renovation that exceeded our expectations”

1. Pre-renovation. After consulting various ID firms, we decided to engage Design 4 Space because our ID, Johny was able to propose creative ways in space planning while meeting our requirements. Along the way, he was also very receptive in modifying the proposal to suit our budget. Johny was very systematic and would set aside time to meet us for material selection, paint selection, tiles selection etc even into the wee hours. Johny had also gone the extra mile to meet up with the resale flat sellers on our behalf, to obtain their signatures for application of renovation permit, which we are very appreciative about.

2. During renovation. As an overall project manager, Johny had helped to oversee the entire renovation progress and provided us with updates along the way. Where there are hiccups, he would promptly obtain our feedbacks to proceed with alternative solutions. COVID-19 restrictions had resulted in supply constraints, but Johny was very resourceful and managed to find alternative suppliers to meet our needs. Johny was always contactable, which is very important during the course of renovation.

3. Post-renovation. The entire renovation was completed in about 3 months, which is remarkable considering the manpower constraints due to COVID-19 restrictions. Johny remained very prompt in helping us rectify minor defects after the renovation.

Overall, we are very satisfied with the workmanship and outcome of the renovation for our home! Thank you Johny 🙂
