“Excellent Resale Unit Done by Shermin”
I engaged Shermin for renovation of my resale condo unit. I am quite specific to begin with in terms of aesthetics and style I wanted to achieve but lacked the experience in actual renovation, Shermin was able to work within my aesthetics and achieve the look and functionality I wanted. From the beginning I felt I was able to trust Shermin as such despite I got a number of lower-priced quotations I chose to go with Shermin and she certainly did not disappoint! I would also commend her on her excellent project management capability as she was able to coordinate various contractors concurrently and efficiently. As such the rectification work was not much but she was able to turn around those minor items swiftly. I would like to thank Shermin for a great job done and would recommend her to anyone for quality finishing for your home renovation!
Design
I am quite particular about design and aesthetics but Shermin was able to achieve the design and aesthetic I wanted given constraints we have.
Workmanship
Most of the work was done right first time so minor rectification only and it was resolved quickly. Good workmanship.
Service
She manages her contractors very well and in terms of customer service she very responsible and responsive able to reply despite busy schedule.
Value for Money
Overall good value for money especially in view of the quality finishing, she did not charge me for some of the add on items.
