ID: Vincent Chuah5 stars ID *****We started our ID search almost 1 year in advance due to the delay of completion. We have seen as many as 10 ID firm which were classified as top 10 as well as some smaller setting ID firm before confirming Design4Space, although I have been following the Facebook page.We are glad to chance upon Vincent. He present himself very professionally and articulate his ideas well. He is also able to understand our wants and needs, and able to suggest with better ideas as well as improvising the ideas. He is also very patience with our duplicate queries. Our schedule and his off day always doesn’t match especially with the covid restrictions, hence it is quite difficult for us to meet and discuss hence we usually text or call to discuss. As things work pretty smoothly with Vincent, we managed to get our renovation start early and ended within 2 months. Vincent went down regularly to check our units and often help us provide solutions and comments directly to contractors, at times he will still seek our opinions. He also make sure to safeguard our place by initiating 2 pad locks after knowing the theft cases in our estate. He ensure outsiders will not enter our unit unattended and also helpful with our requests.There are probably some things we might miss out to thanks him but nevertheless, he also lend us his trolley and ladder so that we can use for gradual shifting. We are happy to see the end result looking exactly like the 3D given. We have been recommending to our neighbours and friends. We will definitely engage him again if we are to move house
