Vincent Chuah (TPY Branch) was our appointed ID and throughout the process, Vincent proved to be extremely patient, respectful and importantly, provided honest opinions. He worked hard with our requests, coordinated with the property management, and responses very promptly even outside business hours! Despite the tight schedule, the renovation was completed by the anticipated timeline without any compromise on workmanship.
