Recently engaged Design4space – Vincent. My wife and I compared several IDs and contractors. We understand that hiring an ID can be a bit more expensive compared to a contractor, but we wanted a worry-free experience. After much consideration, we decided to engage Vincent as our ID. Based on their reviews, we were confident that Design4space would make our renovation journey smooth. Indeed, they made our lives easier during the renovation process. We rarely had time to visit our new house and checked it less than four times throughout the entire renovation. Overall, we are very happy with Vincent’s guidance and advice. Although there were some hiccups, Vincent was very quick to rectify any issues, which was very important to us. I’ve heard from friends who had different experiences with other companies where IDs kept pushing owners to accept unresolved issues. Keep it up, Vincent. We will definitely come back to you again when we have our second home.
