Shermin Lee from Tradehub branch is the BEST ID in town. This is the 2nd love nest for me & my wife , although we had an experience before to renovate but compare to the 1st experience Shermin really give us a top notch service !!! She made a house that I did not like into our dream home. After the 1st meeting with Shermin I knew that she understood my needs and wants made me comfortable enough that I trusted her to take upon the task. Shermin was exceptionally professional & prompt response without failed from the beginning before we sign contract till the date we move in and kept me up to date on all the progress of works . Shermin make sure the house reno was done BEFORE the given timeframe while making sure the quality of work was without fault (while everyone told me its next to impossible to finish within that given timeframe especially during Covid-19 shortage of workers). She went above on beyond to make sure we were happy with our home and even had it professionally cleaned and all necessary in place as soon as we moved in. Even though after we move in for a few month , but some of minor defects when we get back to her , she surely will attend to it . We are feel very satisfied overall the design , workmanship & service ! And we are really very happy with Shermin and would highly recommend her without any reservations to anyone who wants a trustworthy person with impeccable taste and positive attitude who will work WITH you to create the perfect home.
