We were planning to renovate our existing place and came across many good reviews on Shermin Lee’s work. During the first meeting, Shermin gathered our rough requirements e.g. theme, what we had in mind and came up with a proposal on the floor plan on the spot! Throughout the discussion, Shermin gave us very good vibes and based on the many good reviews, we decided to engage her as our ID. Throughout the planning stage, she was able to work around our constrains and preferences, and provide timely ideas and suggestions on alternatives so that we would not overspend. Shermin was very prompt in replies and responsive in all our queries throughout our renovation process. At the designing stage, she gave very practical recommendations which suit our liking. She also gave frequent status updates (with pictures!) along the way. She was very responsible and acted promptly in following up/correcting any faults, which we found really impressive. Throughout the renovation, we can see Shermin constantly put her client’s interest as priority. We realized that it is really important to find somebody that can rectify whatever 1001 issues that can creep up along the whole renovation process and we are really glad to have her. Overall, we were happy and satisfied with the end result of the renovation. Our house was handed back to us right on time as well! All in all, we highly recommend Shermin for her dedication, professionalism and skills in internal design and project management.
