Had the pleasure of being able to work with Elynn and Wayne on our first BTO renovation project. Not only was it our 1st BTO, this house of ours is 7 years in the making, so long in fact that we want the renovation to be a spectacular one. And I am very happy to say Elynn and Wayne [The Dynamic Duo] came and delivered. 1) Are not afraid to voice their opinion and share why some design ideas may or may not be ideal. 2) Keeping very close communication with us, providing constant updates on the progress of the house. 3) Mindful rationality in their decisions, only making an ideal house in mind. Overall, the end result is great and my wife and myself couldn’t be any happier. Not only we gained a beautiful house that we will be living in for years to come. We also made a great pair of friends along the way.
