We were glad to engage Vincent Chuah as our ID to renovate our 50 years old HDB unit. From our first meet up, he has been giving us ideas and practical tips on the design concept that we wanted and he also highlighted the do and don’t on renovation. He will listen to your ideas and add in more wonderful elements without forcing the ideas to you. He also help us thru the color selection of our paint, carpentry and tiles by bring us to the shop for selection. He gives us timely reminder on our renovation progress from the first day of the renovation work till the end of the whole renovation. He will always immediately made known any problems during the renovation to us and it was thru his attention to details that we found out that our unit have some leakage problems that he quickly suggest the way to revolve it. The renovation was done during the COVID-19 heightened alert period and with us chasing him for early completion, Vincent is still able to see thru all the renovation and complete the renovation earlier without any short fall in workmanship. The completed work is almost the same as the 3D design that was presented to us. His followed up is excellence as until today (5 months after we shifted in) when we have problems he will be more then willing to help us to resolve the issues. We are very happy and glad that he is able to give us our dream home from picture to a reality and we will highly recommend him to anyone who is keen to see their dream home become a reality as well.
