Happy owners to our newly renovated 4-room BTO with Design4Space. Our renovation lasted from November to March 2023. Elynn contacted us after my husband left our contacts through Renonation for a quotation request. Our first meetup was via a zoom meeting and we met again at Design4Space’s Toa Payoh showroom for further discussion, before we decided to go ahead with Elynn. Before deciding on Design4Space, we met a few IDs before us but things just didn’t feel right. Elynn & Wayne were patient, warm and shared their honest input through all our discussions and meetings. We knew what we wanted for our home and Elynn was able to make our dream home come to life. She listened to all our needs and ideas we had. She also took into consideration of how our house can be more child-friendly as she offered suggestions for us to consider. This was really thoughtful. Wayne, who also worked together, offered his advice and suggestions throughout the renovation. We also loved that we were provided with prompt updates of our home when jobs were completed as we weren’t able to make frequent site visits. Elynn was also really helpful with getting all the pending jobs rectified quickly and we appreciated it. We’re glad to have finally completed our renovation journey and it was a relatively pleasant experience working with them, considering all the possible horror reno stories we’ve heard before!
