“Our House Reno Journey”

We started our ID hunting journey by visiting almost 10 ID firms but wasn’t convinced by the idea/concept suggested by majority of them. Eventually, I wrote in to D4s specifically looking for Vincent after reading lots of his marvellous reviews online. And we weren’t wrong with our decision. 

Our first discussion took 2h as Vincent was very detailed and patience in his explanation to us first time home owner. We decided to engage him as our ID thereafter. The quote we received wasn’t the cheapest but we believe quality and price goes hand in hand. And most importantly you need to be able to get along well with the ID as renovation require lots of communication between both parties. 

What we liked about him is that he gave us practical ideas and advices as sometimes we are too focussed on the aesthetic and overlooked the functionality. And given that he had completed so many projects over the years, whenever we require photos to visualize, he would just retrieve from his archive to show us. 

Our renovation took approximately 2 month. Even after handover when we needed some minor changes to be done, Vincent is still responsive to us and assisted us to his best capability.
