2 weeks into our job, I had to rush Samuel Tan, my ID to complete the job 10 days in advance. To make matters worse, I got into an accident and was hospitalised, leaving Sam to mange the project. Not only did he complete the job 2 weeks in advance, I could count on him so much so that I rarely check in. It worked well for me that Sam is chill and tries to solve issues on his own than to bring me every small detail. As with most reno jobs, there is bound to have some hiccups. We had just the one and Sam and his supplier, Auzora handled it professionally and efficiently. I was very pleased that did actively tried to resolve the problem. It was a smooth process in the 5-6 weeks that we’ve worked together and I am very pleased to have been matched with Samuel. Thank you Samuel! Update on Post-Renovation Service: Had to go back to ID to fix and improve a couple of small works – wiring, plumbing, kitchen works etc and once again I am impressed by the efficiency and speed taken to tend to my requests. I am really so relieved that Samuel and his firm stayed professional even after hand over. Thank you!
