Highly recommend Shermin Lee from Design 4 Space”
After months of googling online and several messages to various companies, we narrowed down to two companies. We made an appointment with both companies and spent about 1 1/2 hours separately with each designer explaining our lifestyle and what we envisioned our house (HDB 4 room) to be.
The next meeting, Shermin Lee from Design 4 Space came out with exactly what we wanted. The other firm showed us drawings which made me wonder was the id even listening to us.
So we signed with D4S with some apprehension. This was our 5th house and we had not so pleasant experiences before.
We gutted our whole flat and were fortunate to be able to check out the renovation regularly. Throughout the 14 weeks of renovations, Shermin was prompt in her replies to our queries and always punctual for appointments. She is very good at allaying any anxieties we had during the process. She is not afraid to tell you no when our ideas don’t fit the design. When it’s time for cost savings, she will also suggest other items.
We made some amendments during renovation and lo and behold, when the final bill came, there were no extra charges.
The workmanship (which is the most important for renovation) of her team of workers is also of a high standard.
All minor defects after moving in were also rectified very fast.
