I met Jayden from Design 4 space from Google search. I do not have any idea who he was from the start. I was sourcing for quotations from different contractors before finalising one . Frankly speaking, there is no difference in term of price between them but it was Jayden’s sincerity and presentation of his trustworthiness which made me decide to go with him. No doubt to that, during the few months of renovation he has showered a lot of patience and advices. Despite that I only started off with only a $15k budget, he has given me much attention and has treated me as a valuable customer. Because of the responsibility and the responsiveness to react to hiccups, I have decided to increase my budget by another 1x towards the end of the first phase. As we perceived Jayden originally, he has really proven himself to be one, fair, responsiveness, and places his customers’ needs on the top priority. Most important of all, he does not recommend anything unnecessarily, and put customers’ spending on top of his sales quota. If there is another chance to renovate my house again, he will be the first one I will think and look for
