“Our 2nd reno with Tee and Gary”

This is our second time working with Tee and Gary. Our first and second homes had very different concepts but they have managed to deliver both very well, especially since we only had an idea of what we want – such as colour preferences – without any specific theme in mind.

While our first home was a BTO, the second was a resale condo in East Coast so we had very different things to work with – while the first was a blank slate, the second came furnished so we had to throw in hacking work as well. So you could say we have a very well-rounded view of how Tee and Gary worked, and we have nothing but great experiences with them.

Even though it’s our second home, the condition (being a resale) and layout were completely different, and we were also going for a different feel. Tee and Gary were able to give constructive feedback of what can and cannot be done, especially by taking in our lifestyle and living habits. For e.g., without an idea of WHERE we wanted to place our dining table, we cannot decide on its size. They also took into account existing furniture we wanted to keep and incorporated them into our “theme”, making sure what we wanted to buy and keep all came together with the design we had in mind.

They were very responsive during our communications which is really important in a renovation process. Any questions and concerns were well addressed and we were in really good hands. Experience in the industry does matter because they’ve likely seen every issue there is to see.

In terms of time-line we did experience some delay but it was covid and everyone went through the same thing. Most importantly they managed our expectations well and were honest about delivering the project.

All in all it was another great experience with Tee and Gary!

Value for Money
Yes. We got great value, especially with an experienced team of Tee and Gary. They advised not only interior design, but styling as well – such as what sofa would fit the overall design.
