For the initial design stage, Terence is able to capture our design ideas and proposed changes to the design that was practical and achieved the aesthetic we wanted. He also paid attention and care to the minor details i.e. designs that cater to future maintenance issues. Terence is also very honest and upfront on the feasibility of the design. He is also transparent in the expected cost breakdown, which is a rarity in this ID field.
As the project went into the construction stage, we were genuinely impressed by how prompt Terence is able to give us consistent updates on the progress. He is also very responsive to our queries, often answering in a few minutes after we ask him a question via WhatsApp. He is also very patient with us during the materials and furniture selection process as we are unable to decide on certain items. He will give us his professional advice, and allow us the freedom to choose what is best for our home.
Terence is also proactive in resolving site issues that pops out from time to time. During the end of the project, Terence was prompt to rectify any defects and workmanship issues highlighted.
The handover was as promised and we also got assurance that there is a liability period in case any of the items were discovered to have issues only after moving in. Highly recommended!

Design has taken into account our needs & exceeded expectation. From colour matching to material choosing, we are being guided and advised by our ID. Excellent!
Workmanship
Excellent workmanship with great quality and functionality. Any defects identified will be rectified by our ID promptly.
Service
Regardless day or night, our ID will reply promptly to our queries, even on public holidays and weekends.
Value for Money
A tad expensive, but overall value for money considering the materials used and the service provided. Highly recommended!
