“Focus and reliable ID”
My wife recommended Max Yu from Design4Space when I finally got the key to my very first house (3 Room Resale Flat). I met a few IDs before I decided to go for this company. Cost wise was competitive among most of the ID firms, however in terms of ideas, I prefer something simple yet cosy.The ideas proposed by Max was something I’ve been looking for. He is very patient and friendly, answering to every questions I asked from start until the very end of the project, he gave his advise according to my needs to create a pet friendly and spacious environment.
Timeline to complete in time was good despite there were some issues with carpentry and paint work (common issue for Reno). Max managed to arrange his contractors to settle every details than I brought up within very short period of time without any delay. He even took the initiative to help me upgrade my backsplash glass backing material in order to allow the colour I chose to match the kitchen cabinet colour. He tried to do everything within my budget and still make the whole house look exactly how I thought it would be.
Overall renovation lasted about 2-3 month time as expected, I managed to move in smoothly and successfully.

Yes, from the design to the choosing of material, everything was selected according to my requirement needs.
Workmanship
Workmanship is great, can be improve if the carpenter and painter can be more attentive to the tiny details.
Service
Definitely. Be it day or night or wee hours, Max never fail to return my call or reply to my messages to answer my queries.
Value for Money
Cost wise is around the same compare to other ID firms, I would prefer to go for a more reliable company to safe guard myself with loads of positive review company like Design4Space.
