Benjamin Lim is very responsive, reliable and responsible. We were having some issues with another ID earlier and so thankful that Benjamin took over the project and managed it so well and completed the renovation before the timeline with good design and workmanship. Any issues flag out to Benjamin, he will always take it objectively and often advise and give ideas to do it better. After moving in, we had some issues on the toilet tiles and walls, Benjamin very quickly arranged the workers to come down to repair and have it fixed. Have received many compliments from friends that my new house is very nicely done up with good quality carpentry works. Many thanks to Benjamin, truly appreciate his patience, hardwork and always there to help and guide us.
