Many thanks to Terence Sin (D4S Paya Lebar Branch) for helping us with the renovation for our 4 room BTO. We had decided to engage Terence as our ID after consulting 5 ID firms. Among the IDs that we’ve met, Terence stood out as a very creative ID in terms of proposing design ideas that suited our family of 4. Before engaging him, I read some reviews about him being a very professional ID with strong work ethics and I’ve got the chance to see him in action when he started working at my house on the first day to do the free basic defect check. I was very impressed at how detailed the check was. During the design process, Terence showed us many designs from his past projects which gave us many ideas to go about designing our home. He took effort to understand our lifestyle and propose designs that suits our needs. There were many times he gave us alternatives to better implement our ideas which in the process helps us to reduce cost as well. The whole renovation process was smooth sailing all thanks to the detailed schedule planned out by Terence. He was an outstanding project manager and always got the work done on time and provided us with video updates on renovation progress. Any on-site adjustments that required our attention were quickly highlighted to us. Terence also helped us receive our deliveries. We practically just did the fun part, like shopping for our furniture and electrical appliances. What we like about Terence is that he is genuinely protecting the interest of home owner, making sure that all the job that is done is of the best quality. Making our every cent worth spending. We would recommend anyone looking for an ID to meet up with Terence for a fuss free and wonderful renovation experience.
