We had shortlisted 3 IDs & what made us decided to choose Design 4 Space is Terence’s consistent follow-up during the initial quotation period and his enthusiastic spirit clearly outshines his personality above the other IDs we had spoken to despite of the pricing. Terence is responsive & very dedicated to his job. Whenever we have questions or concerns, he will try to answer us promptly and provide us with good suggestions for us to make informed decisions. He will keep us in the loop during the renovation phases with sms, photos & video recordings. He will also liaise & coordinate for us with various vendors for deliveries, suggesting the lightings design, choosing the painting colour tones, and carpentry work matters. Terence is very patient and understanding towards us as his clients as we have 2 active young kids below 5 years old and he will try his best to work within our time schedule and ensure everything goes smoothly for us. Terence also ensure that his schedule is within the time frame we have requested from him and what made him outstanding above others is his commitment to his work and able to assist us to push forward our schedule for extra 2 more weeks for us despite of the CNY period.
