I chose Design4Space based initially on the Google reviews. I also noticed that there are many Designers too. Mine happened to be Rachel Li.
The initial discussion went smoothly, and I decided to go with the flow and engaged Design4Space to renovate my 3 brm just-handed-my-keys condo in the East.
The timeline was not too rushed and D4S was given around 3-31/2 months.
The Teams under Rachel did a good job. Workmanship was good. I am not too sure about the timeline as I did not want to rush them.
Rachel was able to contribute ideas, suggestions and at times, improvement to the design. Best of all, she is confident enough to advise on colours and patterns for material. She is knowledgeable when it comes to material selection.
Most important of all, she project managed the whole works professionally and rather smoothly.
I have moved in for close to 2 months now and am very happy with the result.
