“Linda Chai – Design 4 Space”
I recently had the pleasure of working with Linda and I cannot express enough how delighted I am with the results. From start to finish, the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend her for the job!
She possesses outstanding communication skills and actively listened to all of my ideas and preference. Her ability to understand my vision and translate it into a tangible design was impressive. She was attentive and patient, suggesting design ideas, yet prioritising client’s wants / vision and working hard to making these a reality.
One of the things I really appreciate about Linda is her responsiveness. She would always answer within hours whenever I had questions or concerns. She would also occasionally took photos and updated me on the progress via Whatsapp which was really helpful for me to visualize the changes in my flat and made me feel like I always in the loop. Throughout the project, she maintained a high level of collaboration and kept me informed at every stage, making me feel involved and in control.
Attention to detail, finding solutions that work and within budget. And working things to completion despite the numerous additional work orders
Overall, I am thankful that my first renovation experience was in the good hands of Linda and Design 4 Space. We would like to commend their professionalism, good attitude, and great design sense. Thank you Linda!
Design
Excellent balance of design and practical advice was given during the planning stage, and owner’s preferences taken into account for every decision.
Workmanship
Most of the work was done right first time so minor rectification only and it was resolved quickly. Good workmanship.
Service
Linda is quick to respond to queries. Issues flagged to her were also swiftly and effectively rectified within days.
Value for Money
The prices quoted are comparable and definitely value for money with the excellent service provided !
