We engaged Shermin and Shawn to do a small home renovation project for my parent’s retirement home. We were initially hesitant to engage an ID for our home reno as we have never done this before. However Shermin and Shawn has been very patient in explaining to us the various steps and details. Though there were some minor hiccups and changes along the way, they have done their best in ensuring that our renovation was completed timely so that we can move in and we can have a fresh start to the year in newly renovated place. They have also provided regular updates along the way and Shawn has helped in providing close supervision to the contractors to ensure that everything was up to standard. Workmanship and materials used were good. All in, we will be happy to engage their firm again for future reno projects if the opportunities arise 🙂
