Our experience with Carmen on the renovation of our cluster landed home was a breeze with her guidance and recommendations. Carmen is an awesome project manager who kept to her timelines and was very responsive to our questions and concerns. She kept us up to date on the progress and was open/transparent about timelines – we did not have to chase her updates. She and her carpentry team are truly professionals and SMEs in their fields. They anticipated and called out many issues ahead of time, and caught them before they happened. Carmen checks the work of her carpentry team and makes them fix the issues even before we discover them. We had nothing to complain about the carpentry during the handover. The few other issues that we asked to fixed were quickly resolved without any hassle even after handover, which I am really grateful for. I have heartfelt appreciation to Carmen for her thoughtfulness throughout the whole renovation, such as making minor design additions to our built in carpentry to make it easier for our elderly to use out of her own initiative.
