To be honest, I did not have a good impression of Mr Eric Ang when I first met him as he was late for our appointment for 30 minutes. However, he was professional and give me the quotation after my discussion with him on my ideas for my flat. After comparing a few firms, I would say Design for Space quotation is competitive in the market. Hence, I finally settled with Design for Space for the renovation of my flat. The renovation dragged about 4 months, rather than the estimated 2 months due to the pandemic. During the renovation process, Mr Eric Ang was professional and offered valuable suggestions. He was responsible and did whatever he could within his limit. He also went the extra mile to collect items that I bought when I was not able to collect myself. I like the design he drew with slight amendments at the final stage. Mr Eric Ang has been in this industry for years, so his experience in home renovation is valuable. However, there are rooms for improvement where he could have done better such as communication on certain parts of the renovation in advance to me. However, I do not fault him for this as nobody is perfect! I would recommend Mr Eric Ang to first time homeowners where they require experienced ID to offer valuable suggestions and ideas.
