We are writing this positive review to appreciate our ID, Jasper Lee for his professional services and dedication in assisting us with our home renovations works. Jasper was referred by our nephew; and he proved to be a good recommendation.
From the first meeting through the completion of the renovation works, Jasper has been very patient and smiling throughout the project, especially in handling our request for changes along the way.
He makes recommendations in the layout etc, including color schemes; and explores alternatives with us. We appreciate his recommendations.
His patience and professionalism in coordinating with our various vendors and their different timelines to fit into the overall completion plan is remarkable. Any shortfall by the sub-contractors (due to miscommunication) is promptly rectified.
Jasper is responsive and dedicated to his job.
If we have another unit to renovate, we will definitely engage Jasper’s services again; and would recommend Jasper to our friends who are looking for a professional ID.
Design
The proposed design, in particular the kitchen was aesthetic and practical. The proposed kitchen cabinets on both sides creates an aisle which opens up space, and gives a more “open” look. The color schemes proposed for the living area and bedrooms and lightings gives our new home a modern and artistic look, and comfortable feeling.
Workmanship
workmanship is good and misunderstandings with the contractor was quickly clarified and rectified without much hassle (with Jasper’s leadership).
Service
the Designer provided very good service- discussed ideas and co-ordinate well with our various vendors in terms of delivery timing and installation.
Value for Money
in a general sense, yes, the work is value for money. In this area, from a customer’s perspective, there is always room for improvement!
