When I was looking to renovate the unit and sourcing the right service provider, I had a few key requirements in the designer – (1) Someone who is experienced and quick enough to catch on what I wanted and propose practical options without compromising on aesthetics; (2) Assertive enough to point out what would work and what wouldn’t work (3) Reliable enough to oversee the smooth execution of whole project with minimal involvement from me but who would provide timely updates on the status; (4) Resourceful enough to ensure that the quality of the work meets my expectations. Lucky for me, Vincent met all the above criteria. The whole project was completed on time despite the market resource crunch during August/September 2022. In fact, he went beyond by providing very good after-service even after months after the project has ended. It’s apparent that Vincent takes pride in his projects and looks for long-term business relationships with his customers. He has created a very good branding for himself and of course, the firm he represents. In fact, given my good experience, I have also referred him to other opportunities.
