I want to renovate my resale flat. After meeting a few companies, I decided to engage with Design 4 Space. I engaged Winny from Toa Payoh Branch. It is a great experience in working with her. She is able to understand my requirements and capture them correctly. She is able to give good suggestions for my needs. Due to Covid situation, the renovation was slightly delay due to shortage of manpower and materials but she is still able to get the renovation done before the end of the year. During the renovation, she coordinate well with the workers and give frequent updates on the progress without me having to worry. When I encounter any queries, she is very responsive and attend to it asap. Faults are rectified quickly and smoothly.After the house was handover, she still respond very fast to my queries and needs for minor touch up etc.Overall, I had a pleasant experience working with and would recommend to anybody in need.
